The North Cove Yacht Club Adult Sailing Program is a learn to sail program designed to teach students the fundamentals of sailing small boats and an introduction to fleet racing.

Adult Sailing Lessons
ADULTS – LEARN TO SAIL!
BEGINNER GROUP LESSONS
Learn & practice basic sailing skills in Dyer Dinghies and JY 9s
12 hrs. instruction; Textbook included
Class size, 4 – 6; Number of instructors – 2
Fee; $130 NCYC members; $140 non-members
Weekend class - June or July 10 AM to 1 PM or
Evening class - June or July 4:30 to 7:30 PM

INTERMEDIATE GROUP LESSONS
Learn to sail 420 sloop including jib operation
12 hrs. instruction; Textbook included
Class size, 4 – 6; Number of instructors – 2
Fee; $130 NCYC members; $140 non-members
Weekend class – June or July 2 to 5 PM or
Evening class– June or July 4;30 to 7:30 PM

PRIVATE LESSONS AVAILABLE – Adult or child
Min 2 hours, no max
Fee $35/hr NCYC members; $40/hr non-members
