September Potluck – 6 pm, Friday, Sept. 26

Following our dinner, club member Gary Yerman will talk in detail about fishing out at sea on a trawler, including the process of catching fish with nets, unloading the fish, and sending them to the market. He will also discuss current fishing regulations and government surveillance over the fishing industry. There is a lot more to the fishing industry than meets the eye.
